Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kestrel Global ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data in connection with our marketing funnels and the Kestrel lead-distribution service. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently.

1. Who this applies to

It covers (a) individuals who submit an enquiry through one of our funnels ("Leads"), and (b) representatives of business clients who use our platform ("Clients").

2. Data we collect

From Leads

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, phone).
  • Your answers to the enquiry/qualification questions and your stated interest.
  • Consent record: the consent language shown, the timestamp, the channel, and (where used) phone verification.
  • Approximate location and technical metadata (e.g. source of the enquiry).

From Clients

  • Business and account information, contacts, billing details, and platform usage.

3. How we use data

  • Leads: to qualify the enquiry and deliver it to the business client(s) best matched to help with the request the individual consented to; to maintain a consent and provenance record; and to prevent fraud and misuse.
  • Clients: to provide, bill and support the Services.

4. Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on consent (for generating and sharing Leads), contract (to provide the Services to Clients), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement).

5. Sharing

A Lead's details are shared with the matched business Client(s) so they can respond to the enquiry. Once delivered, that Client is an independent controller of the Lead's data. We also use service providers (hosting, payments, communications) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data to unrelated third parties.

6. Retention

We keep Lead data and its consent record for as long as needed to operate the Services, evidence consent, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of further contact. Contact privacy@kestrelglobal.group. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Cookies

Our marketing pages may use essential and analytics/advertising cookies to measure and improve campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
