Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how Clients may use Leads and the Kestrel Services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breach may result in suspension or termination.

1. Use Leads only as consented

Contact a Lead solely for the product or service the Lead enquired about and consented to be contacted about. Do not use a Lead's details for any unrelated purpose.

2. Comply with the law

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your outreach, including marketing, telemarketing, calling-time, do-not-call, anti-spam and data-protection laws (for example TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local equivalents). Honour opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly.

3. No reselling or redistribution

Do not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute Leads to any third party, and do not combine or enrich them in a way that breaches the consent given or applicable law.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Harassing, deceptive, or abusive contact.
  • Using Leads to promote unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading offers.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Misrepresenting return reasons to obtain replacements you are not entitled to.

5. Data security

Protect Lead data with appropriate safeguards and delete it when it is no longer needed for the consented purpose or as required by law.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and suspend or terminate access, withhold Leads, or take other action. Report abuse to legal@kestrelglobal.group.
